The only time moringa.com.com receives identifying information is when you include it yourself to: Register to make a purchase and Register to obtain information related to discounts and promotions, moringa.com.com may request your name, address, email email, telephone number and other data for the provision of the service. You can always unsubscribe from our subscribers.

2. You can visit Moringa without providing any personally identifiable information. If you choose to provide us with personal information for any of the above purposes, this information is retained by Moringa and may be used by Moringa to support its relationship with you as a customer. Moringa.com does not share, rent or sell its lists to other companies or institutions.

3. Registration and charges to the card.

When registering to use the Moringa service, no charge is made to the Customer’s Credit Card. To register on the platform, you are only asked for your username and email. By registering with Moringa, the Client accepts the prices published on the site. It is the client’s obligation to keep informed of the current prices, which will always be published on the corresponding page of the site. 

The charges on the Customer’s credit card will be made at the time of finalizing the purchase, where you will be asked to enter your personal data for the delivery of the purchased products. 

Moringa will never request the Credit Card number by email or any other means. 

4. Updating or Excluding Information:

If you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletters, or if you wish to update your information, you may do so at any time. Whenever requested by Moringa and will remove your personal information from future mailings from you.

 To request that your name be removed  from future mailings or to update your information, please notify hello@moringafreshandwild.com via email.

This site provides links to other sites. Once you leave this site, moringa.com.com has no control over, and no responsibility of any kind, the privacy practices or data collection activities of other sites.

6.Private Hover Operation

The operation of product deliveries in Mexico is carried out with our Strategic Allies. (Fedex, Redpack, Estafeta) Delivery problems, delays, damage, loss or theft are the responsibility of the shipping operator.

7.Comments 

When visitors leave comments, Moringa collects the information displayed in the comment form, the visitor’s IP address, and the user agent browser to help detect spam.

After approval of your comment, your profile photo will be visible to the public in the context of your comment.

9. Returns:

For no reason will the returned product be accepted if it presents any of the following cases: 

The seal is broken. The product was used or opened. The packaging or product is not original. The product was sold as an auction. The packaging has non-original labels or are violated; it is scratched, bumped, dirty or otherwise abused. For more information see our returns section. 

9. Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you can choose to save your name, email address and website in cookies. This is for your convenience, so you won’t need to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies last a maximum of one year.

When you visit our login page, Moringa creates a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain personal information and is discarded when you close the browser.

When you log in, Moringa will also place various cookies in order to save your login information and screen options. Login cookies last for two days and screen options last for one year. If you select «Remember me» your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out, the login cookies will be deleted.
